IHG AMEA Sales closing day was introduced and launched in Vietnam early 2013 with the focus on securing or converting prospect and tentative placed business. After measuring the revenue improvements it was rolled out globally.

Sales transformation combined sales processes, tools, manpower with the goal to reach higher conversion and higher revenues. Implementation was executed at JW Marriott Dubai (Pilot project for MEA), Renaissance Dubai and Riyadh Marriott hotel.
